A hand with two pair of cards plus a fifth card is called “nuts”. If you hit two four-of-a-kinds, the higher-rank pair wins. If you have two pairs of the same rank, the second pair wins. Tiebreakers are the high-card outsider. Likewise, a flush is all four cards of the same suit. However, if you have the high card outside of a four-of-a-kind, a straight, or a higher-rank pair, then you have a flush.
